What do Team In Training participants do on New Years Eve? Run 4-miles of course! OK, so our group run only accounted for a small portion of the day. We can still be proud of our accomplishment and in getting a head start on the new year! By 8:30 AM, we were heading north on the Ohio & Erie Canal towpath trail in what turned out to be great running weather for this time of year. An hour or so later, our run was under our belt and thoughts of pork and saurkraut took over!
Hopefully everyone is feeling great about what we're setting out to do in 2007! Take time to revel in your daily accomplishments and be proud to be part of the Team In Training family!

TNT Kickoff Celebration!
It was nice to meet everyone at the kickoff on Saturday morning! As you saw, you are not alone in your quest to raise funds, train through the winter, tackle a half or full marathon, etc.
One of the most important things to getting the most out of winter running is having the right equipment, starting with your shoes. This Thursday (12/14), Jody will be putting on a shoe clinic at Fleet Feet in Northfield starting at 6:30PM (click here for directions). He can also show you a variety of clothing options that will have you running comfortably on those chilly winter days. You will receive a 15% Team In Training discount with your purchase.

Welcome to TNT Summer 2007!
This blog has been created to heighten your Team In Training experience!
